Problems and Prevention Measures in the Construction of Bored Piles in Coastal Reclamation Areas
Reclamation and reclamation projects often involve highly compressible marine sediments and silty clay with uneven thickness and low bearing capacity,which pose challenges to the construction,pile quality,and single pile bearing capacity of ultra long bored piles.This article studies the problems encoun-tered during the construction of bored piles in coastal reclamation areas through specific case studies,and proposes targeted prevention and control measures based on this.These suggestions aim to provide useful ref-erence and inspiration for colleagues in the industry.
