雨污输配管线自动巡检技术的研究

为了提高雨污管道巡检的效率和精度,本文通过介绍雨污管道声呐检测、复杂环境下的两栖机器人运动自动化控制、雨污管道图像处理与巡检,提出了基于两栖机器人的自动化巡检方案.研究结果表明,基于两栖机器人的雨污管道自动化巡检技术具有较高的可行性和实用性.通过两栖机器人的结构设计、控制策略和图像处理技术的综合应用,可以实现管道巡检的高效、精准和自动化,为城市排水系统的维护和管理提供了一种新的解决方案.
Research on Automatic Inspection Technology for Rainwater and Sewage Transmission and Distribution Pipelines
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of rain and sewage pipeline inspection,this article proposes an automated inspection scheme based on amphibious robots by introducing sonar detection of rain and sewage pipelines,automatic control of amphibious robot motion in complex environments,image pro-cessing and inspection of rain and sewage pipelines.The research results indicate that the automated inspec-tion technology for rain and sewage pipelines based on amphibious robots has high feasibility and practicality.By integrating the structural design,control strategy,and image processing technology of amphibious robots,efficient,accurate,and automated pipeline inspections can be achieved,providing a new solution for the maintenance and management of urban drainage systems.
