摘要
本文以加快智慧水利建设为研究目标,深入探讨了泵站运行智能化技术的实践运用,并简单论述了智能化技术运用的实现路径.具体研究过程中,通过多层面针对智能化设备改造技术、大数据平台、智慧巡检机器人、N500PLC智能监控技术的集成开发,采集与整理主电机受油器、碳刷、上油岗、不同部位温度等技术参数,以实现设备管理、数据分析智能化,为提高泵站智能化管理水平奠定基础.
Abstract
This paper takes accelerating the construction of intelligent water conservancy as the research goal,deeply discusses the practical application of intelligent technology for pump station operation,and briefly discusses the realization path of the application of intelligent technology.Specific research process,through the multi-level for intelligent equipment transformation technology,big data platform,intelligent inspection robot,N500PLC intelligent monitoring technology integration development,collecting and organize the main motor oil,carbon brush,oil hills,different parts of temperature,in order to realize intelligent equipment man-agement,data analysis,laying the foundation for improve the intelligent management level.
