贵金属首饰加工自动上下料机械手的设计及运行实验

本文设计了一种适用于贵金属首饰加工的自动上下料机械手装置,并进行了仿真实验.该装置的硬件部分由机械手臂和机械手爪构成,采用进步电机作为驱动装置;软件部分使用ATmega88型主控芯片作为下位机,采用串口通信协议与上位机之间进行即时通信.使用Mablab/Simulink软件构建模型并进行仿真,结果表明机械手指的夹取范围在10~30 mm之间,可以满足大多数贵金属首饰毛坯件的夹取要求;该模型可根据规划路径自动完成上下料操作,自动化程度较高,提高了加工效率.
Design and Operation Experiment of Automatic Loading and Unloading Manipulator for Precious Metal Jewelry Processing
In this paper,a kind of automatic loading and unloading manipulator for precious metal jewelry processing is designed,and the simulation experiment is carried out.The hardware part of the device is com-posed of a mechanical arm and a manipulator claw,and a progressive motor is used as a driving device.In the software part,the ATmega88 master chip is used as the lower computer,and the serial communication protocol is used to communicate with the upper computer in real time.Mablab/Simulink software was used to build the model and simulate it.The results show that the clamping range of mechanical finger is between 10~30 mm,which can meet the clamping requirements of most precious metal jewelry blanks.The model can automatically complete the loading and unloading operation according to the planned path,which has a high degree of automation and improves the processing efficiency.
