装配式建筑混凝土叠合楼板施工工艺研究

随着装配式建筑的快速发展,混凝土叠合楼板因其施工效率高、性能优良成为关键构件,为了进一步探索装配式建筑混凝土叠合楼板的施工工艺,文章主要研究了叠合楼板的受力特性、构造及选型、施工技术细节,以及施工质量控制要点,首先通过分析一阶段和二阶段受力叠合楼板的特点、对比预应力与非预应力叠合楼板的性能,然后结合具体实例,详细分析了叠合楼板的材料选择、模具设计、钢筋加工以及混凝土浇筑和吊装技术等施工工艺,旨在有效提升楼板的施工质量和结构性能.
Research on Construction Technology of Prefabricated Building Concrete Composite Floor
With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,concrete composite floor slab has be-come a key component because of its high construction efficiency and excellent performance.In order to fur-ther explore the construction technology of concrete composite floor slab in prefabricated buildings,this paper mainly studies the mechanical characteristics,structure and selection,construction technical details and con-struction quality control points of composite floor slab.Firstly,by analyzing the characteristics of one-stage and two-stage stress composite floor slab,comparing the performance of prestressed and non-prestressed com-posite floor slab,and then combining with specific examples,the material selection,mold design,steel bar processing,concrete pouring and hoisting technology of composite floor slab are analyzed in detail.The aim is to effectively improve the construction quality and structural performance of the floor.
