Key Technologies for Long Distance Jacking Construction of Municipal Sewage Pipelines
The mechanical pipe jacking construction technology is widely used in municipal sewage pipelines,but it is restricted by the distance and natural conditions,which is easy to cause back damage and large resistance,and lacks experience for reference.Based on this,this paper briefly describes the overview of pipe jacking construc-tion technology.Taking the cleaning diversion project of Baiyun Section in Shaheyong Basin as an example,the well construction,hoisting pipe jacking machine,process flow,construction parameters and pipe jacking machine are an-alyzed,and the construction effect is tested.The results show that the construction technology cost is highly control-lable and can ensure the construction safety.
