This article takes a specific water plant water intake channel construction project as a case study to explore the key technical challenges encountered during the construction process.The article provides a detailed description of the method of combining open and hidden excavation techniques for constructing water intake channels in deep water environments,as well as how to protect the water quality and aquatic organisms of the water source area during the construction period.At the same time,a detailed analysis was conducted on the key waterproofing,sealing measures,and pipeline protection technologies during construction,aiming to provide reference and inspiration for similar engineering projects.
