Design and Stability Analysis of Retaining Walls at the Forefront of Gravity Docks
In order to improve the overall safety and service life of gravity docks,a front retaining wall design was carried out,and its stability was comprehensively analyzed.Using Coulomb theory to analyze the soil pressure on the retaining wall at the front of a gravity dock,laying a solid foundation.Design the retaining wall structure for the gravity dock front,including the wall back and walls,wall top,reinforcement,and drainage.Finally,based on the survey results of the foundation and the design requirements of the retaining wall,design the connection method between the foundation and the retaining wall.After applying this design scheme to actual dock engineering,it can be seen that the front retaining wall has high stability,and the displacement of the retaining wall is relatively small when the applied load increases.
