Research on the Production Method and Verification of the Few-Group Constant Library for Fast Reactor
The physical calculation program currently used in fast reactor nuclear design in China is the nodal transport program, and the few-group constant library is the key input for calculation. The rationality of few-group constants directly affects the accuracy of physical calculations. The key factors in creating a few-group constant library are resonance processing and homogenization and group merging. This article proposes a method for making a few-group constant library based on the characteristics of fast reactors and writes the implementation program PASC5.The few-group constant library made by the above method is verified by the experimental data of the benchmark example of China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR).The research content of this article has been applied to the scheme design of certain fast reactor engineering projects. The correctness of this method has been further verified through experimental data.
