An Automatic Evaluation Method for the Impact Degree of Material Defect Oriented on Aerospace Equipment
Under the requirements of low-cost and low-inventory of military manufacturing industry by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission(SASAC),the lack of production materials is an unconventional problem that affects the operation of complex equipment production line and the on-time delivery of orders.In response to the phenomenon of procurement personnel tracking the progress of the missing materials without difference,this paper proposes an automatic evaluation method of the impact degree of missing materials for aerospace equipment,which quantifies the degree of impact of the lack of materials,and provides support for purchasing priorities for business personnel,in order to realize the agile response to the problem of missing parts and materials in arrears,and to promote transformation and upgrading of the level of materials management and control.
