水库病险坝防渗加固施工中高压喷射灌浆的设计及施工技术

摘要
本文以某水库病险坝的防渗加固处理为例,探究了高压喷射灌浆的设计方案和施工技术.以P.O42.5 水泥和水按照水灰比 1:1.5 配制后,掺入泥浆质量 2%~3%的外加剂,提高灌浆材料的速凝和抗渗性能.计算灌浆量和孔距等参数后,选择"三管法"进行高压喷射灌浆施工.在施工结束 30 天后,从灌浆区域内钻芯取样并检测芯样的性能指标,抗压强度在 1.85~2.50 MPa之间,芯样密度在 1.72~1.91 g/cm3 之间,符合水库病险坝的除险加固和防渗要求.
Abstract
This article takes the anti-seepage reinforcement treatment of a dangerous dam in a certain reservoir as an example to explore the design scheme and construction technology of high-pressure jet grouting.With P.O42.5 cement and water are prepared in a water cement ratio of 1:1.5,and 2%~3%of the mud mass is added as an admixture to improve the rapid setting and impermeability performance of the grouting material.After calculating parameters such as grouting volume and hole spacing,the"three pipe method"is selected for high-pressure jet grouting construction.30 days after the completion of construction,drill core samples from the grouting area and test the performance indicators of the core samples.The compressive strength is between 1.85 and 2.50 MPa,and the density of the core samples is between 1.72 and 1.91 g/cm3,which meets the requirements for hazard removal,reinforcement,and anti-seepage of reservoir dangerous dams.
