大耿家立交桥整体式墩台吊装施工技术的运用

本文以大耿家立交桥工程为例,探究了整体式墩台吊装技术的应用.本工程中使用的整体式墩台采用工厂预制方式,在预制墩台的质量检验通过后,利用横移、纵移轨道车,配合千斤顶、液压顶推器将其移动到运输车上并进行固定,然后运送至施工现场.利用桥式起重机完成整体式墩台的吊装,将钢管桩插入带有自适应调节装置的墩台后浇孔内,完成墩台的固定.施工表明,本工程中使用整体式墩台的运送与吊装技术,提高了施工效率,相比施工计划提前 8 天完成了吊装任务.
Application of Lifting Construction Technology of Integral Pier of Dagengjia Overpass
This paper takes the project of Dagengjia overpass as an example to explore the application of the lifting technology of the monolithic pier.The monolithic pier used in this project adopts the factory prefabrication method.After the quality inspection of the prefabricated pier is passed,the rail car is moved to the transport car and fixed with jacks and hydraulic thrusters,and then transported to the construction site.The bridge crane is used to complete the lifting of the whole pier,and the steel pipe pile is inserted into the pouring hole of the pier with adaptive adjustment device to complete the fixing of the pier.The construction shows that the transportation and lifting technology of the monolithic pier used in this project improves the construction efficiency,and the lifting task is completed 8 days ahead of the construction plan.
