Design and Strength Analysis of a Type of Steam Turbine Test Station
The empty load test is needed to test the performance of a certain type of steam turbine in the factory.In this paper,the test stand is designed according to the requirements of the factory test,and the strength analysis and vibration characteristics analysis of the stand are carried out through numerical simula tion.The results show that the single bearing calculation of the cushion box is consistent with the overall cal culation results.The deformation of each cushion box is small after bearing,and its stress is less than the yield strength of the material,which shows that the strength of the design cushion box meets the require ments.The natural frequencies of each cushion box are greater than the excitation frequency of the rotor,and the vibration modes are distributed at the cylinder,indicating that the stiffness of the cushion box is good and meets the requirements of the test run.
