星辊输送机是一种对松散回潮后烟叶进行均料处理和剔除烟块,并满足烟叶后续加工的工艺要求的设备.由于物料牌号、水分、重量等因素的不同造成,容易在运行过程中造成送料不均匀,甚至堵料,对产品工序的流畅和设备带来影响.基于罗克韦尔PLC的智能星辊输送机控制系统设计,可以实现星辊输送机手自动稳定控制,并依托集控系统采集物料的牌号信息、水分和重量等数据,通过质量指标智能控制测算,精确控制每个部件的参数,确保物料流量和工序质量指标的合格性和一致性,保障星辊输送机稳定运行.
Abstract
Star roller conveyor is an equipment that uniformly processes and removes tobacco blocks after loose moisture regain,and meets the process requirements for subsequent processing of tobacco leaves.Due to differences in material grades,moisture content,weight,and other factors,it is easy to cause uneven feeding and even blockage during operation,which can affect the smoothness of product processes and equipment.The design of an intelligent star roller conveyor control system based on Rockwell PLC can achieve manual stable control of the star roller conveyor,and rely on the centralized control system to collect data such as material grade information,moisture,and weight.Through intelligent control calculation of quality indicators,the parameters of each component are accurately controlled to ensure the qualification and consistency of ma terial flow and process quality indicators,and to ensure the stable operation of the star roller conveyor.
