Research on Preparation and the Electrochemical Properties of Co-doped La0.7Sr0.3MnO3
Co-doped La0.7Sr0.3Mn1-xCoxO3 perovskite oxide(LSMC)was prepared by sol-gel method.The microscopic morphology and structure of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effect of Co doping on electrochemical properties were studied in detail by cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and constant current charge/discharge testing.The research shows that the specific capacity of LSMC electrode materials increases first and then decreases with the increase of Co doping concentration,and LSMC55 shows the highest specific capacity.The specific capacity of the LSMC55 electrode was 150 F g-1 at a scan rate of 2 mV s-1 in 1 mol L-1 of Na2SO4 electrolyte.The results show that Co-doping at the B position of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 can improve the electrochemical performance of LSM.
