A study on the Volatile Organic Compound Characteristics and Ozone Formation Potential in Different Environments in Guizhou Province
Volatile organic pollutants(VOCs),as precursors of secondary pollutants such as PM2.5 and Ozone, are liable to cause atmospheric environmental problems such as haze and photochemical pollution. The emission characteristics and sources of VOCs in different environment are different, which lead to the difference of the harm degree of VOCs to the Environment Air.The species, concentration and composition of VOCs in typical ambient air in Guizhou province were analyzed, the ozone generation potential of each VOCs was calculated by the equivalent propylene concentration method and the maximum incremental reaction activity method, and the key components contributing greatly were explored. The study found that alcohols were the main VOCs in the ambient air of the maotai-flavor liquor-producing areas, while alkanes were the main VOCs in the ambient air of the Forest Parksand indoor, the proportion of its mass concentration was above 50%.As far as the ozone formation potential of VOCs is concerned, the main precursor in the production area and indoor environment of maotai-flavor liquor is n-hexane,the forest park precursors were mainly 1-butene and N-dodecane.
