本文采用案例研究法,从某地铁 1 号线 5G通信系统改造项目入手,探究BIM管线预制化技术的应用要点.基于项目为在运营段落,可供施工的时间窗口短,且工程量大、线路长,场地复杂、涉及专业多,质量优先、要求高的工程特点,项目尝试采用BIM管线预制化技术方案,严格按照模型、出图、加工、装配的工艺流程进行作业,在BIM模型建构技术、BIM管线预制加工生产及装配技术的共同应用下,取得了预期的安装施工效果,实现了项目综合效益的增加.
Key Points Analysis of BIM Pipeline Prefabrication Technology in Subway Communication System Engineering
This article adopts a case study method to explore the application points of BIM pipeline prefabrication technology,starting from the 5G communication system renovation project of a certain subway line 1.Based on the characteristics of the project being in the operational phase,with a short construction time window,a large amount of work,a long route,a complex site,multiple specialties involved,quality priority,and high requirements,the project attempts to adopt the BIM pipeline prefabrication technology scheme,strictly following the process flow of modeling,drawing,processing,and assembly.With the joint application of BIM model construction technology,BIM pipeline prefabrication production,and assembly technology,the expected installation and construction effect has been achieved,achieving an increase in the comprehensive benefits of the project.
