本文主要探究了一柱一桩全逆作施工技术在软土地区某高层建筑中的应用.地质勘察结果表明施工区域软土分布较广、地下水位较高,在钢管混凝土桩施工前利用降水井进行降水,然后开挖桩孔并在成孔质量检查通过后放入钢筋笼、浇筑混凝土.把钢立柱嵌入钢管混凝土桩中,利用柱底定位靴微调钢立柱的位置和垂直度,保证位置精确、垂直度合格.在全逆作施工中除了做好钢立柱与钢筋混凝土桩的节点处理外,还运用了环板焊接工艺进行钢立柱与梁板的加固,保证了建筑基础部分的稳定性,为一柱一桩全逆作施工提供了经验借鉴.
The Application of Full Reverse Construction Technology for One Column and One Pile in High-rise Buildings in Soft Soil Areas
This article mainly explores the application of one column,one pile full reverse construction technol ogy in a high-rise building in soft soil areas.The geological survey results indicate that the soft soil in the construc tion area is widely distributed and the groundwater level is high.Before the construction of steel pipe concrete piles,a dewatering well is used for dewatering.Then,the pile holes are excavated and after the quality inspection of the holes is passed,steel cages are placed and concrete is poured.Embed the steel column into the steel pipe concrete pile,and use the positioning shoe at the bottom of the column to fine tune the position and verticality of the steel column,ensuring accurate position and qualified verticality.In addition to properly treating the nodes between steel columns and reinforced concrete piles,the ring plate welding process is also used to reinforce the steel columns and beam slabs in the full reverse construction,ensuring the stability of the building foundation and providing experi ence and reference for the full reverse construction of one column and one pile.
