Design of Aging Friendly Renovation in Old Residential Areas Based on the Behavioral Characteristics of the Elderly
This article mainly explores the aging friendly renovation plan for old residential areas based on the behavioral characteristics of the elderly.Based on field research,the behavioral characteristics of the elderly,namely the regularity and clustering of behavioral activities,were summarized.Subsequently,taking an old residential area as an example,aging friendly renovations were carried out on the bicycle sheds,aban doned buildings,idle bungalows,as well as the stairs and entrances of residential buildings.After renovation,it will provide convenience for the daily life of elderly residents and significantly improve their quality of life.
