Environmental Impact Assessment During the Production Stage of Concrete Assembled Exterior Wall Panels
In order to quantitatively evaluate the environmental impact of prefabricated components in production stage,a framework for environmental impact assessment of prefabricated components in production stage was established based on the theory of life cycle assessment. The production stage of 1 m3 concrete assembled exterior wall panel was divided into 8 unit processes for environmental impact analysis. The results show that global warming and solid waste are the main factors affecting the environment in the production stage. The environmental impact in the process of steel bar binding into the mold, installation and fixing of embedded parts, and pouring of structural layer and protective layer concrete plays a dominant role in the entire production stage. The research results provide data support for the evaluation of prefabricated buildings and provide basis for enterprises to optimize construction technology.
