装配式建筑传统深化设计存在标准化程度低、图纸信息不全、碰撞问题频发等一系列问题.BIM技术的引入对装配式建筑深化设计的发展具有重要意义.本文以阜南县某金融大厦项目为例,从协同建模、碰撞检查、构件拆分设计及预留预埋三个方面进行应用研究,探索BIM技术在装配式建筑深化设计中的应用价值,为"BIM+装配式"发展提供参考.
The Application Research of BIM Technology in the Deepening Design of Prefabricated Buildings
The traditional deepening design of prefabricated architecture has a series of problems such as low standardization,low drawing information,and frequent collision problems.The introduction of BIM technology is of great significance to the development of deepening design.This article takes a financial building project in Funan County as an example.It is applied from three aspects:collaborative modeling,collision inspection,prefabricated component split design and reserved embedded.The article explore the application value of BIM technology in the deepening design of prefabricated buildings.Hope the article can provide a reference for the development of"BIM+Prefabricated Buildings".
