Key-identifying and Reproducing System Based on Different Water Volume in Cups
A Key-identifying and reproducing system based on different water volume in cups is demon strated in the paper.The system is able to distinguish the location of empty cups,and to identify cups with different water volume and reproduce the same tone.Here is how the system is realized in detail:firstly,mi cro-processor gets sound signal from cups;secondly,Fourier-transform is applied to transform the signal from time-domain to frequency domain;thirdly,different frequencies corresponding to different cups are identified;fourthly,the cup number is displayed on the screen;finally,the same tone as the cup is reproduced by MP3 player.Our experimental results show the system has good performance in key-identifying and reproducing.
