本文主要探究了灵泉 220kV智能变电站的设计要点与功能实现.该变电站采用过程层、间隔层和站控层三层架构,站内设备之间的通信遵循IEC61850 标准和GOOSE快速报文传输机制,保证了通信速率和信息共享.在站内硬件设备的选型上,选择了绝缘性能较好、测量精度较高的光电电流互感器以及支持自动重合闸、自动联闭锁的智能终端.该智能变电站具有信号传输稳定、节约占地面积、提高自动化管理水平等优势,实现了变电站的无人值守.
Design and Implementation of 220kV Intelligent Substation
This article mainly explores the design points and functional implementation of Lingquan 220kV intelligent substation.The substation adopts a three-layer architecture of process layer,bay layer,and station control layer.The communication between equipment in the station follows the IEC61850 standard and GOOSE fast message transmission mechanism,ensuring communication speed and information sharing.In the selection of hardware equipment within the station,optoelectronic current transformers with good insulation performance and high measurement accuracy were selected,as well as intelligent terminals that support auto matic reclosing and automatic interlocking.This intelligent substation has advantages such as stable signal transmission,saving land area,and improving automation management level,achieving unmanned operation of the substation.
