摘要

随着清洁能源发电比例的提高,许多煤电机组承担了电网深度调峰功能,造成烟道积灰问题频出,影响机组运行的稳定性和安全性.针对某电厂 660MW燃煤机组除尘器联络烟道内的严重积灰问题,从结构和流场方面分析了其积灰成因,进而提出了采取空气炮的清灰措施,经实施后取得了较好的效果,可以为解决同类型的烟道积灰问题提供参考.

Abstract

With increase in the proportion of clean energy generation,many coal-fired power units have taken on the deep peak regulation function of the electric grid,which causes frequent ash deposition problems in flue and affects the stability and safety of the unit operation.In view of the serious ash deposition problem in the connecting flue of the dust collector of a 660MW coal-fired unit in a power plant,the causes of ash deposition were analyzed from the aspects of structure and flow field,and then the dust removal measure of the air cannon was put forward.After implementation,the good result has been obtained.It can provide reference for solving the same type of flue dust deposition problem.
