针对水电厂钢丝绳在使用过程中的涂油防腐需求,设计一种面向较窄工况的钢丝绳高效涂油装置,以提高钢丝绳使用寿命.通过对钢丝绳涂油过程分析,确定了涂油装置的工作原理和装置总体结构;基于环保要求,设计了一种适应钢丝绳尺寸的刮油板;最后对装置的关键部件进行了有限元仿真验证,结果表明,所设计的涂油装置能够实现稳定的涂油效果,可保障涂油装置的稳定性.本研究为钢丝绳涂油装置的设计和应用提供了重要参考,对于提高钢丝绳的使用性能具有实用价值和推广意义.
Design and Analysis of Oil-coating Lubrication Device for Steel Wire Rope
In order to improve the service life of steel wire rope,an efficient oil coating device for steel wire rope under narrow working conditions is designed.By analyzing the oil coating process of steel wire rope,the working principle and overall structure of oil coating device are determined.Finally,the key parts of the device are verified by finite element simulation.The results show that the designed oiling device can achieve stable oiling effect and ensure the stability of the oiling device.This study provides an important reference for the design and application of oil coating device for steel wire rope,and has practical value and popularization significance for improving the performance of steel wire rope.
