In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of geological engineering surveying and mapping,this article delves into the application of surveying and mapping geographic information technology in geological engineering surveying and mapping.By introducing the method of obtaining and processing geological engineering data based on surveying and mapping geographic information technology,and exploring the implementation of high-precision surveying and three-dimensional output in geological engineering.By optimizing the data processing flow,improving the accuracy of model construction,and improving the three-dimensional output method,more accurate and intuitive data support has been provided for geological engineering.The research results indicate that the introduction of surveying and mapping geographic information technology not only significantly improves the accuracy of geological engineering surveying and mapping,but also effectively enhances the automation level of data processing and model construction.Through high-precision surveying and three-dimensional output,geological engineers can have a more comprehensive understanding of the geological conditions of the engineering site,providing strong data support for engineering design and construction.
