深水区海底电缆修复后回放技术研究

本次研究通过探究深水区已修复的海缆回放入海底过程中的关键问题,分析海缆在回放过程的关键参数与危险位置,对回放过程中的各种弯曲保护装置和运动参数进行理论分析和数值计算,并建立仿真模型,选取合适的仿真参数,对回放过程进行仿真模拟,研究回放过程中水深以及回放海缆余长对海缆回放过程中海缆受力状况的影响.通过本次研究结果,可以对海缆回放过程中的关键参数进行设计,避免海缆在回放过程中的弯曲失效,降低海缆维护成本,提高海缆维护效率.
Study on Playback Technology After Restoration of Submarine Cable in Deep Water Area
By exploring the key problems in the process of playback of repaired submarine cable into the seabed in deep water area,this study analyzed the key parameters and dangerous positions of submarine cable in the process of playback,carried out theoretical analysis and numerical calculation on various bending protection devices and motion parameters in the playback process,established a simulation model,and selected appropriate simulation parameters to simulate the playback process.The influence of water depth and cable residual length on the stress state of the cable during the process of playback is studied.Through the results of this study,the key parame ters in the process of submarine cable playback can be designed to avoid the bending failure of submarine cable in the process of playback,reduce the maintenance cost of submarine cable,and improve the maintenance efficiency of submarine cable.
