Research on Energy-saving Renovation Design of Office Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Areas
This article mainly explores the energy-saving renovation scheme of an office building in a hot summer and cold winter area. The investigation found that the energy consumption of the office building is high from 8 to 18 hours a day;The highest energy consumption occurs in summer, followed by winter;Air conditioning energy consumption accounts for the largest proportion of total energy consumption.Based on the principles of practicality and economy, the building envelope structure was selected for energy-saving design.EPS insulation boards were used for the exterior walls, and the roof was designed as a planted roof. The exterior windows were transformed into vacuum glass windows and double-layer glass curtain walls. The results show that compared to the original building, the use of energy-saving design schemes significantly reduces the heat transfer coefficients of the exterior walls, roofs, and windows, resulting in a significant improvement in the insulation performance of the building, achieving the effect of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
