摘要

为规范建筑工程项目施工,提高建筑的施工品质,以某建筑工程项目作为实例,开展主体结构绿色施工监测技术与评价方法的研究.根据建筑工程项目基本情况,构建建筑工程主体结构绿色施工与安全监测综合平台,选型平台中的主要硬件设备;在此基础上,建立评价指标体系,引进层次分析法,构建绿色施工评价模型,确定建筑工程主体结构绿色施工评价等级.对监测结果与施工技术评价结果进行分析,得到结论:施工现场的PM10不存在超标问题,但现场PM2.5排放存在一定的超标问题,此外,此工程的施工技术可以达到AAA级标准,施工品质极高.

Abstract

In order to standardize the construction of building engineering projects and improve the construction quality of buildings,a study was conducted on the monitoring technology and evaluation method of green construction of the main structure using a certain building engineering project as an example.Based on the basic situation of the construction project,construct a comprehensive platform for green construction and safety monitoring of the main structure of the construction project,and select the main hardware equipment in the platform;On this basis,establish an evaluation index system,introduce the Analytic Hierarchy Process,construct a green construction evaluation model,and determine the green construction evaluation level of the main structure of the building project.After analyzing the monitoring results and construction technology evaluation results,it was concluded that there is no problem of exceeding the standard for PM 10 at the construction site,but there is a certain problem of exceeding the standard for PM2.5 emissions at the site.In addition,the construction technology of this project can meet the AAA level standard,and the construction quality is extremely high.
