本文主要探究了某厂房钢管混凝土组合结构的泵送混凝土施工工艺和上下段钢管柱的节点处理方法.下段柱采用泵送顶升法,向钢管内注入混凝土;上段柱采用高位抛落和辅助振捣法完成混凝土施工.钢管混凝土柱采用埋入式柱脚,利用定位模板减小预埋螺栓的误差,提高了钢管混凝土柱的安装精度.在上段柱和下段柱的节点处,根据钢管直径的不同灵活选择焊接方式,提高焊接质量,保证了钢管混凝土组合结构的稳定性与承载力.
Pump Concrete and Node Construction Technology for Steel-concrete Composite Structures in Factory Buildings
This article mainly explores the construction technology of pumped concrete for the steel-concrete composite structure of a certain factory building and the node treatment method for the upper and lower steel pipe columns.The lower section of the column is lifted by pumping,and concrete is injected into the steel pipe;The upper column is constructed using high-level throwing and auxiliary vibration methods to complete the concrete construction.The steel tube concrete column adopts an embedded column base and uses positioning templates to reduce the error of embedded bolts,improving the installation accuracy of the steel tube concrete column.At the nodes of the upper and lower columns,flexible welding methods are selected according to the different diameters of the steel pipes to improve welding quality and ensure the stability and bearing capacity of the steel-concrete composite structure.
