Research on Key Technologies for Indoor Calibration of Digital Level
This study aims to explore the key technologies for indoor calibration of digital level instruments,specifically analyzing the structure and error sources of digital level instruments.Based on this,corresponding calibration device technical indicators are established,focusing on key technologies such as temperature and humidity compensation,optical system calibration,stability analysis of precision parts,and rapid inspection of CCD displacement.Research has shown that compensation techniques for temperature and humidity changes,optical system calibration methods,stability analysis of precision parts,and rapid inspection of CCD displacement can effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of digital level calibration.
