In order to solve the unreasonable factors in the current stage of urban rail construction,according to the actual situation of the project construction and the diversification of the people's travel needs,the new CPⅢ measurement technology is used to provide a reference for the subsequent research of urban rail construction projects.Through the research and analysis of the actual situation of urban rail construction projects,this paper puts forward the targeted governance and solution measures according to the possible interference factors,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel or projects.
