丙烯酸是一种重要的化工原料,主要用于制造丙烯酸酯类聚合物在高吸水性树脂用品、洗涤剂、胶黏剂、建材、纤维和塑料加工等领域.为提高丙烯酸产量,对其合成设备的研究和工艺的改进显得尤为重要,本文以年合成40 000吨为例进行衡算.
Abstract
Acrylic acid,an essential chemical raw material,is primarily utilized in the production of acrylic polymers for applications in superabsorbent resin supplies,detergents,adhesives,construction materials,fibers,and plastic processing.To enhance acrylic acid yield,the investigation of synthesis equipment and process optimization is crucial.This study employs an annual synthesis of 400,000 tons as a case study.
