Modeling and Analysis of Blockchain-Based Block Propagation in Internet of Vehicles
The application of blockchain technology to the vehicle network can provide a credible decen-tralized environment between untrusted heterogeneous nodes,in which consensus is an important problem of the blockchain system,most studies assume that in the consensus process,the propagation time of blocks be-tween different nodes is negligible,but when the blockchain is applied to the vehicle wireless network,the frequent movement of nodes will change the topology of the network,increase the uncertainty of information transmission,and the propagation time of the block can no longer be ignored.In this paper,we study the block propagation between nodes in the vehicle network,and propose a new block propagation model based on SEIR to study the block propagation based on the blockchain vehicle network from a macro perspective.In this paper,the influence of node speed,communication range,and region size on the block propagation trend is analyzed through simulation experiments.
