Study on Deformation of Adjacent Pile Foundation Buildings Caused by Deep Foundation Pit Excavation of Subway
The process of foundation pit excavation will cause settlement and deformation of adjacent buildings. And based on the project of a subway station in Tianjin and the measured results of the project, this paper uses finite element method to analyze the deformation of pile foundation buildings near the foundation pit,and considers the influence of soil strength and foundation connection form on the settlement of the building. The results show that the surface settlement distribution outside the pit in the direction of vertical excavation is in the shape of"V",and the subsidence affected area is about 4 times the excavation depth behind the retaining wall of the foundation pit,and the neighboring buildings are mainly in the range of 0.8 times to 3 times the excavation depth. The deformation in the excavation process is mainly vertical settlement, and the maximum settlement amount is 8.2 mm.The change of soil strength and the connection form of main building podium significantly affects the deformation of adjacent pile foundation buildings.Improving the undrained shear strength of weak soil and adopting the connection form of main building podium and podium can effectively reduce the deformation of adjacent pile foundation buildings.
