Design and Operational Analysis of Ballast Removal and Excavation Equipment for Sleeper Replacement
This article presents the design and operational analysis of ballast stripping and ballast excavating sleeper replacement devices for railway maintenance.As auxiliary tools for the WTL90 excavator,these devices enhance the maintenance efficiency of railway switches and performance tracks,reduce labor costs,and ensure the normal operation of railways.They also improve operational safety and reliability.The article thoroughly discusses the design principles,structure,and operational process of these devices,along with a condition analysis.The research results indicate that the ballast stripping and excavating sleeper replacement devices play a significant role in practical applications,enhancing the efficiency and quality of railway maintenance.
