近年来,城轨列车的快速发展使转向架的研发越来越重要.而二系横向止挡是缓和转向架中枕梁与构架冲击的重要构件之一.为避免城轨列车转向架与车体有过大的偏移量,在设计转向架时通常设置有横向止挡,并使横向止挡与车体之间留有一定的间隙.该间隙属于强非线性因素,会对车辆的横向动力学行为产生重要的影响,同时间接影响城轨车辆的运行品质.因此,有必要对城轨地铁车辆中的二系横向止挡悬挂系统的非线性动力学特征进行更深入、更细微的探索性研究.其次,全面分析含横向止挡的城轨车辆转向架系统的非线性动力学行为,为横向止挡转向架的平稳性设计可以提供一定的理论依据和参数值.
Research on the Influence of Lateral Stop on Vehicle Dynamic Behavior
In recent years,the rapid development of urban rail trains makes the research and development of bogies more and more important.The transverse stop of the second series is one of the important structures to ease the impact of the pillow beam and the frame in the bogie.In order to avoid the excessive offset between the bogie and the car body of the EMU,the bogie is usually designed with a transverse stop,so that there is a certain gap between the transverse stop and the car body.This gap is a strong nonlinear factor,which will have an important impact on the lateral dynamic behavior of the vehicle,and indirectly affect the running quality of the urban rail vehicle.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a deeper and more subtle exploratory research on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the lateral stop suspension system of the second series of metro vehicles.Secondly,a comprehensive analysis of the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the urban rail vehicle bogie system with lateral stop can provide a theoretical basis for the design of the lateral stop bogie system.
