Research on Machining Process of Sprial Distributor of 500 MW Peltonturbine
The machining process of spiral distributor of 500 MW Pelton turbine and the research on in-plant assembly process are introduced.Spiral distributor is an important overflow component of Pelton turbine,and the spiral distributor is designed in multiple sections,each section of spiral distributor is processed in the factory and pre-assembled as a whole,and then transported to the power station for assembly and welding in sections.The processing dimensions of each section of spiral distributor and the angle of the mouth of each section of spiral distributor are decisive for the on-site installation,which have a significant impact on the stable operation of the unit in the later stage.Through the research on the machining process of each section of spiral distributor,the manufacturing and processing process of spiral distributor has been determined,which ensures the machining precision and quality of the spiral distributor.The whole spiral distributor is assembled in the factory,and the size of the assembled spiral distributor is ensured to meet the design and installation requirements through highly accurate measurement.
