近年来发光材料已广泛应用于照明、显示和医学影像等领域.铜(I)基卤化物因其优异的发光特性和稳定性受到广泛关注.本文报道了生长Cs3Cu2I5单晶的方法,使用有机溶剂(DMF)以溶剂挥发法生长出3× 2.4×1 mm的单晶.Cs3Cu2I5是一种具有零维结构的全无机铜(I)基卤化物发光材料,晶体结构属于正交晶系Pnma空间群.Cs3Cu2I5单晶在254 nm紫外光激发下表现出明亮的蓝色发光,光致发光峰在445 nm左右,光致发光量子产率为56.65%.此晶体光致发光具有大的斯托克斯位移(117 nm)和984.89 ns的光致发光寿命.Cs3Cu2I5在蓝光LED方面具有应用潜力.
Growth and Luminescence Properties of Cs3Cu2I5 Single Crystal
In recent years,luminescent materials have been widely used in fields such as lighting,display and medical imaging.Copper(I)based halides have received widespread attention due to their excellent luminescent properties and stability.This article reports a method for growing Cs3Cu2I5 single crystals,using organic solvent(DMF)and solvent evaporation method to grow 3 ×2.4 × 1 mm single crystals.Cs3Cu2I5 is an all inorganic copper(I)based halide luminescent material with a zero dimensional structure,and its crystal structure belongs to the orthogonal crystal system Pnma space group.Cs3Cu2I5 single crystal exhibits bright blue luminescence under 254 nm ultraviolet excitation,with a photoluminescence peak of around 445 nm and the photoluminescence quantum yield is 56.65%.This crystal exhibits a large Stokes shift(117 nm)and a photoluminescence lifetime of 984.89 ns.Cs3Cu2I5 has potential applications in blue light LEDs.
