Research on Fuzzy Control Design of Water Level for Sintering Waste Heat Boiler
This article mainly explores the key points of water level fuzzy control design for sintering waste heat boilers,and designs simulation experiments to compare and verify the water level control effect of different controllers.The water level fuzzy control system consists of a knowledge base and a fuzzy controller,with water level and evaporation as inputs and control quantity as output.On the basis of designing fuzzy sets and fuzzy control rules,a 13 × 13 fuzzy matrix was established as the boiler water level fuzzy control query table.The system compared the fuzzy quantization processing results with the query table to obtain the output value and complete the water level control.Simulation experiments show that PID control has high accuracy in water level control,slow response speed,and large overshoot;The response speed of fuzzy control is fast,the overshoot is small,and there is steady-state static error;The hybrid fuzzy PID control combines the advantages of both,making the boiler water level control faster,with smaller overshoot and eliminating steady-state static errors,resulting in better water level control effects.
