天空地多源数据矿山环境监测体系研究

针对矿山环境数据多源异构,提取监测目标数据周期长,执法需大量人力物力等问题,研究天空地多源数据矿山环境监测体系,研发基于实景三维的矿山智能监管示范平台和移动执法平台APP.构建矿山环境数据库,研究矿区多期遥感影像、实景三维、遥感解译、矿山核查等数据的录入、转换及发布;探索智能解译、三维空间分析、视频融合、接收GPS设备的移动轨迹等技术在矿山环境变化信息提取方面的应用前景,研发融合核查图斑下发、核查信息录入、查阅审批的智能监管示范平台.天空地多源数据矿山环境监测体系研究提高矿山监管工作的效率,提升监管的反应和处置能力,为矿山监管提供科学、准确、高效的技术支撑.
Research on Mine Environmental Monitoring System Based on Multi-source Data of Sky and Ground
Aiming at the problems of multi-source heterogeneity of mine environmental data,long cycle of extracting monitoring target data,and a large amount of manpower and material resources required for law enforcement,the mine environmental monitoring system of multi-source data of sky and ground is studied,and the mine intelligent supervision demonstration platform and mobile law enforcement platform App based on real three-dimensional are developed.The mine environment database is constructed to study the input,conversion and release of multi-period remote sensing images,real three-dimensional,remote sensing interpretation,mine verification and other data in the mining area.Explore the application prospects of intelligent interpretation,three-dimensional spatial analysis,video fusion,and receiving the moving trajectory of GPS equipment in the extraction of mine environmental change information,and develop an intelligent supervision demonstration platform that integrates verification spot issuance,verification information entry,and review and approval.The research on mine environmental monitoring system based on sky-ground multi-source data improves the efficiency of mine supervision,improves the response and disposal ability of supervision,and provides scientific,accurate and efficient technical support for mine supervision.
