长输管线下伏新采空区处治方案研究

[目的]新采空区建筑场地由于地表变形剧烈,对工程建设的影响严重,一直是矿区进行工程建设的难点,因此根据拟建工程的特点和采空区地质特征进行合理的处治设计成为制约工程建设的控制因素.[方法]本文在新采空区稳定性评价的基础上,对绕避新采空区、抗变形结构、离层注浆、全填充压力注浆等采空区处治方案进行比选.[结果]结合长输管线的结构特性,最终选用在合适的时机进行"局部注浆+可调节支座+长期监测"的综合处治措施.[结论]新采空区的综合处治措施达到了技术可行、经济合理的处治目标,可为类似新采空区的处治提供参考.
Study on Treatment Scheme of New Goaf under Long Distance Pipeline
[Purposes]Due to the severe surface deformation of the new goaf construction site,which has a serious impact on the project construction,it has always been the difficulty of the project construction in the mining area.Therefore,reasonable treatment design according to the characteristics of the proposed project and the geological characteristics of the goaf has become an important factor restricting the project construction.[Methods]Based on the stability evaluation of the new goaf,the treatment schemes of avoiding the new goaf,anti-deformation structure,separate layer grouting and full filling pressure grouting were compared and selected.[Findings]Combined with the structural characteristics of the long-distance transportation pipeline,the comprehensive treatment measures of"local grouting+adjustable support+long-term monitoring"were finally selected at the right time.[Conclusions]The comprehensive treatment measures of the new goaf have reached the target of technically feasible and economically reasonable treatment,which can provide reference for the treatment of similar new goaf.
