我国公路建设在实现了跨越式发展之后,建设理念不断升级,高速路网建设对环境保护的需求逐渐凸显.黄河特大桥南副桥设计阶段取消地系梁结构设计,代之以大直径"花瓶墩"墩顶系梁结构,以期减少墩柱施工对环境造成的扰动,降低桥梁建设对阻水率和黄河河床的演变影响.本文对可调模数抱箍法、变径钢筋笼机械连接工艺、变径钢筋笼制安工艺进行阐述,旨在为类似工程提供参考.

After my country's highway construction has achieved leapfrog development,the construction concept has been continuously upgraded,and the need for environmental protection in highway network construction has gradually become more prominent.In order to reduce the environmental disturbance caused by pier construction and reduce the impact of bridge construction on the water blocking rate and the evolution of the Yellow River bed,the ground beam structure design of the south auxiliary bridge of the Yellow River Grand Bridge was canceled during the design stage and replaced by large-diameter"vase piers"piers.For the roof-tied beam structure,this article explains the adjustable modulus hoop method,the mechanical connection process of the variable-diameter steel cage,and the manufacturing and installation process of the variable-diameter steel cage,aiming to provide a reference for similar projects.
