Construction Technology of Hexagonal Precast Concrete Blocks Slope Protection for River Embankment
In the dike revetment project,the hexagonal precast concrete blocks have advantages such as structural stability,simple construction,good durability,and rapid installation.However,due to the steep slope of the riverbank,limited construction space,and complex terrain,transportation and assembly are difficult.Additionally,manual mortar jointing is inefficient,costly,and has a low quality assurance rate.To address these challenges,this article studies and applies a new precasthexagonal concrete blocks loading and unloading basket device as well as a revetment lining mortar jointing device.These solutions address the issues of assembly difficulties and low jointing efficiency,significantly improving the construction efficiency of hexagonal precast concrete blocks slope protection while ensuring construction safety and quality.
