Research on Uniformly Distributed Live Loads and Structural Selection of High-rise Hospital Buildings
In order to optimize the structural design of high-rise hospital buildings, improve their safety and economy, this article introduces the overview of high-rise hospital buildings and analyzes in depth the method of determining the uniformly distributed live load on the floor of hospital buildings. On this basis, the article explores in detail the relationship between the design of column grid span size and structural selection, and proposes a full life cycle cost calculation and analysis method for structural system schemes, combined with the value engineering cost present value method. The research results indicate that a reasonable design of column grid span size is not only conducive to the flexible layout of medical equipment, but also improves the spatial utilization and economic benefits of buildings. At the same time, selecting a suitable structural system solution can reduce the entire lifecycle cost while meeting safety requirements, and achieve sustainable development of high-rise hospital buildings.
