耐候钢板腐蚀后疲劳性能试验研究

随着交通基础设施的快速发展,耐候钢由于其出色的抗大气腐蚀能力被广泛应用于桥梁、公路及交通标志标牌等领域.为了深入探究耐候钢在腐蚀环境后的疲劳性能,提供更为全面的材料应用评估,文章首先阐述了耐候钢板的腐蚀机理,然后通过疲劳性能试验,分析了其疲劳裂纹扩展行为及S-N曲线,结果表明:耐候钢在腐蚀后仍保持良好的疲劳性能,保护性锈层有效减缓了裂纹的扩展,其疲劳寿命与应力水平成反比.本研究对于耐候钢在交通工程中的应用提供了重要的科学依据,为其设计与选材提供了参考.
Experimental Study on Fatigue Performance of Weathering Steel Plate after Corrosion
With the rapid development of transportation infrastructure,weathering steel has been widely used in bridges,highways and traffic signs due to its excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion.In order to deeply explore the fatigue performance of weathering steel after corrosion environment and provide a more comprehensive evaluation of material application,this paper first expounds the corrosion mechanism of weathering steel plate,and then analyzes its fatigue crack propagation behavior and S-N curve through fatigue performance test.The results show that the weathering steel still maintains good fatigue performance after corrosion,and the protective rust layer effectively slows down the crack propagation,and its fatigue life is inversely proportional to the stress level.This study provides an important scientific basis for the application of weathering steel in traffic engineering,and provides a reference for its design and material selection.
