内构件结构对流态化过程影响规律研究

采用CFD数值模拟的方法对流化床内部流场进行研究,研究了空床结构,指型管床结构和U型管床结构对气相流场分布的影响;研究了流化床反应器内构件对流化质量的影响.结果表明:在空床气速为0.4 m/s时,含指型管结构的流化床反应器,固含率最大值为0.53,床层在流化状态下的颗粒浓度处于一个波动的区间,在该区间下维持一个良好的状态,流化状态更加平稳,并且指型管结构有助于维持流化床的均匀性,使床层处于较高质量的流化状态.
Research on the Influence Law of Inner Member Structure on Fluidization Process
CFD numerical simulation was used to study the flow field inside the fluidized bed,and the effects of the empty bed structure,finger tube bed structure and U-shaped tube bed structure on the distribution of the gas-phase flow field were investigated;and the effects of the components inside the fluidized bed reactor on the fluidization quality were investigated.The results show that:at the air bed gas velocity of 0.4 m/s,the fluidized bed reactor with finger tube structure,the maximum value of solid content ratio is 0.53,the particle concentration of the bed in the fluidized state is in a fluctuating interval,and maintains a good state under the interval,and the fluidized state is more smooth,and the finger tube structure helps to maintain the homogeneity of the fluidized bed,so that the bed is in a higher quality of the fluidized state.
