文章采用校正试验、正交试验、单因素试验三种试验方法,展开铝合金薄壁零件铣削加工分析,分别测定了不同铣削参数对于各个加工指标的影响,找出了对各指标影响程度最大的铣削参数,最后找出了能够保障铝合金薄壁零件加工质量、减少工件变形及表面质量问题的最优铣削参数,旨在为汽车铝合金薄壁零件铣削加工的科学开展提供参考.
Experimental Study on Milling Processing of Automotive Aluminum Alloy Thin Wall Parts
In this paper,three test methods are used to carry out the milling analysis of aluminum alloy thin-walled parts,and the influence of different milling parameters on each processing index is determined,and the milling parameters with the greatest influence on each index are found,and finally the optimal milling parameters can ensure the machining quality of aluminum alloy thin-walled parts,reduce workpiece deformation and surface quality problems,aiming to provide a reference for the scientific development of milling processing of automotive aluminum alloy thin-walled parts.
