基于三维重建技术及人工智能的堵煤预警系统应用

燃煤电厂输煤系统落煤管堵煤影响系统正常运行,目前国内外普遍采用传感器技术进行堵煤检测,存在误报和漏报的现象,不能实时准确反映落煤管堵煤情况.本文提出了一种基于三维重建技术及人工智能的堵煤预警方法,通过在现场环境下进行应用实测,验证了该方法的可行性.
The Application of a Coal Blockage Warning System Based on 3D Reconstruction Technology and Artificial Intelligence
The blockage of coal chutes in coal conveying systems of coal-fired power plants affects the normal operation of the system.Currently,sensor technology is widely used for coal blockage detection at home and abroad,but there are phenomena of false positives and missed detections,which cannot accurately reflect the coal blockage situation in the coal chutes in real time.This article proposes a coal blockage early warning method based on three-dimensional reconstruction technology and artificial intelligence.Through practical testing in field environments,the feasibility of this method has been verified.
