摘要

本文采用了基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理计算方法,全面地剖析了 B元素对A1N材料电子特性和光学行为的调控作用.研究揭示,经过B元素改性的A1N能带结构发生分裂,进而赋予了二维A1N体系1 µB的磁性.此外,从光学特性得知,B修饰的二维A1N在光吸收特征上显现出红移现象,这一变化扩展了其在光催化反应中的光谱吸收范围,为二维A1N材料在可见光光电技术应用领域开拓了新颖的应用途径.

Abstract

This article adopts a first principles calculation method based on density functional theory to comprehensively analyze the regulatory effect of element B on the electronic properties and optical behavior of AlN materials.Research has revealed that the band structure of AlN modified by B element splits,thereby endowing the two-dimensional AlN system with 1 μB magnetism.Furthermore,from the optical properties,it can be inferred that,The two-dimensional AlN modified with B exhibits a redshift in light absorption characteristics,which expands its spectral absorption range in photocatalytic reactions and opens up new application avenues for two-dimensional AlN materials in visible light optoelectronic technology.
